The pre-press department is equipped with Apple iMac computers, industry-leading design software, specialized packaging design tools, and an Aristo sample maker for prototypes and mockups.
The facility includes two high-performance CTP machines with diamond stylus imaging heads supplied by Fujifilm Luxel. These machines support plate precision and consistency before printing.
The printing department uses advanced machines including the Heidelberg XL106 and KBA RA106 7-color press with inline Cold Foil capability. These machines support color accuracy, detail, consistent print quality, luxury packaging, and high-volume production.
The facility has 7 fully automatic die-cutting machines, including BOBST, Eterna ECUT 106, and MK Promatrix 106. Capabilities include stripping, embossing, blanking, and complex packaging design execution.
The finishing line includes 3 BOBST Folder Gluers and 1 ACME Folder Gluer. These machines can produce folding cartons such as crush lock, four-corner cartons, six-corner cartons, French fries cartons, and more.
Every product goes through inspection to verify color accuracy, structural integrity, and overall quality. Adhering to FSC, BRC, and ISO certifications.
Finished products are stored in organized warehouses designed to maintain product integrity and prepare them for timely distribution.
